"Mochael was just about jumping through hoops to take care of me. He gave me detailed answers to all my questions. He pointed out other things on the house or yard that might be potential issues. He got answers to everything he didn't know right away. He gave me a list of contacts and solutions to everything that might need to be done. He also coordinated a lot of the things himself. He had an exact, detailed plan for selling the house and backup plans in case other issues came up."

"If you have the opportunity to have Michael as your realtor, I’d highly suggest that you take it. I can’t thank Michael enough for being an excellent realtor with professional integrity and a great sense of humor, too. The process of selling my dad’s house as part of settling his estate, spanned over 6 months because of ‘challenging’ family dynamics. Michael provided me with information and instructions when I needed that and gave me time and space when that was what I needed. He made a tough situation bearable and helped us to get a great price on the sale of my dad’s house, too. Here’s another reason I strongly recommend working with Michael Allen - his communication skills are top notch. One day, he called to update me of the status of the sale of my dad’s house while I was out shopping with a friend.
